How to Use

Neck & Shoulder

Neck Pain is one of the most common complication of migraines and headaches. Tension in the neck and shoulders can be relieved by lying flat on the mat and pillow, moving your head slowly and in a controlled way from top to bottom one side to the other. To treat the neck move intensively, you can also roll up the mat and then lay your neck on it and move your heat.

Back

The 8,800 tips of the acupressure mat stimulate the pressure points on the back. Position yourself on the mat in a supine position and lay your head on the floor. Your legs are slightly bent. If necessary, you can lay your head on the pillow. As soon as your back gets used to the treatment, you can use your arms to change and intensify the treatment by pulling your knees closer to your body with the help of your arms. If the pressure is too intense for you, you can also lay your legs on the floor stretched out first.

Lumbar

Back pain often originates in the lumbar spine and is closely related to the inter-vertebral discs. Regular treatment of this area is already worthwhile for the prevention of disc damage. Lie down carefully with your back on the mat and put your feet up. After a few minutes you can increase the pressure on the lumbar area by pulling your feet with your arms against stomach.

Alternatively, you can place the lumbar pillow under the mat so that your back is arched over that mat in the lumbar area.

Stomach

A treatment on the stomach has an activating effect and vitalises. In addition, digestion is stimulated and stomach/intestinal complaints can be positively influenced. Lie down on the mat with your stomach. Take care not to lie on your breasts, because the tissue of the breast is very sensitive. You can lay your head on your arms or on the pillow and at the same time you can treat your jaw.

Waist

To treat your waist, lie down on the side of the mat. In order to apply pressure more effectively, it is recommended that you place the lumbar pillow underneath. You can support yourself on your elbows or lie down on your entire side. You will feel a pleasant warmth that has a relaxing effect on your stomach.

Arm & Hand

After a long working day at the desk, forearms and hands are often flabby and feel heavy. By using the acupressure mat you can give them new energy again. Start by using your hands for the treatment and place them on the mat. As soon as you get used to the feeling, you can also place your forearms on the mat and treat both the front and the back.

Leg

The acupressure mat can also be used to activate heavy legs and to relieve pain in the leg muscles. For the treatment of tired legs you can place the legs on the mat while lying down, optionally with the pillow in the hollow of the knee. If you prefer more pressure, you can sit on the mat with your thighs. However, the lying position is recommended to include the lower legs in the treatment. If you want to treat the front of your legs, lie on the mat with your legs in prone position.

Feet

All organs and body parts are found in the foot reflex zones. With the acupressure mat they can be stimulated and positively influenced. You can place your feet on the mat while sitting or standing. In standing position, the pressure is more intensive and can be increased even more by standing stork-like. You can do this exercise, for example, when working at the computer or watching television in the evening without any additional effort.
